Friends of Waldorf Education
The Friends of Waldorf Education (Freunde) is an organization in Germany that secures and mediates sponsorships for worldwide Waldorf schools needing support. For over 35 years they have been able to support more than 600 Waldorf initiatives. Many of our students’ tuition is paid in part through the donations of Freunde sponsors. In order to be able to continue to do so please consider supporting Freunde’s 10% campaign so that they can continue making global impact through Waldorf education.
Internationaal Hulpfonds Voor Vrijeschoolpedagogie
IHF supports the development of children all over the world. Supports the innovation and growth of international projects based on Waldorf education.
Waldorf education is unique in that it supports children not only in their intellectual development, but also in their creative, artisanal, emotional and social development. All over the world, groups of people collaborate in the creation of projects based on Waldorf pedagogy: from Nepal to New Zealand, from Australia to Africa and Brazil.
The teachers of Escuela Caracol have been able to complete their training as Waldorf teachers thanks to donations from sponsors managed by IHF. Once a year they receive a report from each teacher in training. IHF has been essential in keeping Waldorf pedagogy alive at Escuela Caracol.
New Mozart School of Music is the largest music school in Palo Alto with an active enrollment of over 500 students. They have continued to support Escuela Caracol the past several years.
